  • To be started in Oct 2020 with properties ready for occupation from Spring 2021.

  • GDV of £15.73m on completion.  

Once again Andy has successfully worked alongside the MD of Lewis Homes, Marc Lewis in appraising and raising development funding for this project.

Another project to be started, creating jobs with great new houses to live in

There will be a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Many with “Help-to-Buy” assistance.
