Andy specialises in Development funding in Senior Debt, Mezzanine and JV Equity projects.
Sitting on the boards of many of the companies in which he has advised, Andy builds relationships with management teams based on agreeing shared goals and working hard together to achieve them.

Sam Fairclough

Sam joined the family business in early 2024, initially to assist servicing the company with their increasing and growing client base. Initially working in an administration role Sam has shown a talent for service and has since started to grow his own network of loyal clients. He now heads up all the Buy-to-Let and Commercial Mortgages services in the business.
Sam specialises in real estate finance and is passionate about finding the right deal for our clients, collaborating with all parties involved in the transaction.
He will work with both start-up property investors to the very largest of experienced investors, all clients being serviced with the same level of attention.
He manages our lender panel to make sure that our funders are aligned to the strategic goals of our clients, always optimizing options and outcomes.

Tracey Fairclough

Tracey has been involved in looking after businesses since 2007. A highly focused manager of process, with service at the core of her ethos. Sage 50 trained.
Assists the team with all service issues.
Tracey looks after all the groups compliance and lender panels, she also runs the central office to make sure that all clients have the best possible outcomes.
