After studying economics at University, Rob started his career in financial services in 1997, initially in pensions, life and savings products moving onto property finance in 2001. Following a stellar career, he went into semi-retirement in 2010 and focused on building his own property portfolio. Having got married in 2017 and now with two young children, he decided the time was right to get back to broking and has recently joined our team, expanding our reach into London where he will be networking with his old contacts and helping to develop and shape our lender panel and proposition.

Steve has over 30 years in Finance, Consulting, Risk and Governance, Fund Raising and Corporate Transactions with Blue Chip companies and SMEs internationally and across multiple sectors with over ten years at Deloitte in their Global Consulting and Assurance and Advisory practices.
Steve works closely with the I-Commercial team to access innovative and specialist structured finance solutions including equity, debt including bonds and grant funding from international finance providers for projects especially for development, infrastructure, aviation, humanitarian and social purposes, and for SME and fast-growing businesses including start-ups. His access to banking specialists in top tier banks provides access to less mainstream off-market funding solutions.
