HAWKFIELD HOMES - New Housing Development on former Keynsham Police Station

Keynsham Police Station, Bath Road, Bristol 

Development Finance 

9 new homes at the former Police Station building in Keynsham, Bristol.

Construction starts in October 2020 with properties ready for occupation in summer 2021.

GDV of £5.55m on completion.  

Andy worked with James Kilmartin the MD of Hawkfield Homes to successfully conclude this development fund raising mandate.

Once again good teamwork with the development team, funder and all professionals, which paid dividends through-out the current turmoil.

We have been well supported by the funder, which has total confidence in the client, the great location and quality of construction in this bespoke project.

We wish James and his team well with what should be another beautifully built and highly desirable project in an excellent location.
