Andy has been working with Simon & Damien Powell on both the Grade 2 listed conversion on Phase 2 and 3 to provide the best funding solutions at each stage. 

This project has been skilfully converted in the last 18 months by Simon, Damien with their team, resulting in a very high standard of finishes.
