Colin specialises in Real Estate funding including Buy to Let, investment portfolios and commercial property transactions.

Colin has 30+ years’ experience in lending and has built up strong relationships with stakeholders in Newport and South East Wales.

Tracey looks after all the group’s compliance and lender panels, she also runs the central office to make sure that all clients have the best possible outcomes.

Passionate about helping clients in any way she can. Her key is understanding each client and their needs individually, and providing them with different solutions. Once a deal is completed Andrea remain in constant contact with the client and help them in an advisory/relationship role, a quality which sadly is lacking with many funders today.

Andy specialises in Development funding in Senior Debt, Mezzanine and JV Equity projects. Sitting on the boards of many of the companies in which he has advised, Andy builds relationships with management teams based on agreeing shared goals and working hard together to achieve them.
