Worked for Royal Bank of Scotland Group as a Director based in Bristol. Looked after trading and property clients where primary focus was on Professionals, Renewable Energy and Education/Charity sector. Managed several large funding requirements, one of which being the merger of two Independent Schools.
In April 2018, I joined I-Commercial Finance, which has allowed me to go back helping clients and getting the right deal for them in the marketplace. This is something which I love and am passionate about. I have been fortunate that many of my old clients are now back working with me, and I have already successfully completed deals for them and new clients , which otherwise would not have been done.

Colin has worked in financial services for the last 40 years, with most of this time spent at Monmouthshire Building Society. Colin held several senior management roles, the most recent being Business Relationship Director where he headed up a specialist unit to attract and grow commercial lending, including development and specialist Buy to Let loans.
Colin specialises in real estate finance and is passionate about finding the right deal for clients and collaborating with all parties involved in the transaction. Colin has managed large Buy to Let portfolios as well as arranging commercial loans for varied purposes.

Jeff Durant

Jeff has over 30 years’ experience in lending across a range of specialisms, including Real Estate, Corporate Banking and Private Banking & Wealth Management.
Most recently he was Head of Banking at Duncan Lawrie, a boutique private bank and wealth manager where he was responsible for all aspects of leadership, strategy development, business results and people management.
He now focuses most of his time working with property entrepreneurs and businesses on all aspects of their funding requirements and finances.
Jeff’s ethos has always been about building strong relationships and helping his clients achieve their business and personal goals and ambitions.
Away from work, Jeff is a rugby nut, having previously captained and been Director of Rugby and Chairman of Clevedon Rugby Club. He is a keen golfer and enjoys all sports, travelling, reading and long walks with the dogs.

Alexander Davies
Assistant Manager
Alexander joined ICF in Spring 2021 following a recent spell in corporate financial services in the City of London. Graduating from the University of York with a BA (Hons) in Politics & International Relations, Alexander’s breadth of experience has taken him into both public and private sector areas of real estate.
Combining his passion for both finance and real estate, Alexander joins as an Assistant Manager to Andy and the team and will provide support in all areas of deal progression and client relationship management. He has a particular interest in Buy-to-Let portfolio building and shares enthusiasm for the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal.
Outside of work, Alexander is an avid cyclist, and can be found chasing his handicap on the fairways when away from supporting his beloved Pontypridd RFC.

Agata Gikuma
Commercial Manager Hertfordshire
Agata has over 15 years of first-hand experience in UK Property Investment and Business Consultancy. Her property journey started with no money and at the beginning of the global financial crisis of 2007/08. Despite the falling property market, she moved forward and found ways to raise capital to finance her property business which she continues to expand.
Agata has helped many of her clients’ get on the property ladder in the UK. She feels it is time to help even more people to get access to not only property finance but to raise capital for their business as well.
She is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys volleyball and plays for a local team based in Hertfordshire.
One of Agata’s dreams is to build schools in poor countries around the world to provide education to the less privileged.
