Phase 1 of Priory Fields Construction for 23 homes commences early January 2024, properties will be ready from late Summer 2024.

Marketing has just commenced with 5 reserved off plan in the first few weeks.

Andy worked closely with the management team in Obsidian Developments to successfully conclude the development fund raising mandate.

This is the second site for Obsidian, having successfully come towards the end of its existing site at Whitland. Once again great collaboration between developer, funding partner and all the professional team in support of this desirable, high quality development project which will bring much needed newly built family homes to Carmarthenshire.
