Bath Maisonette Successfully Secured For Client

A recent case referred to I-Commercial Finance by one of our fantastic introducers whose client had identified a rare opportunity to purchase a Grade 1 listed maisonette in the beautiful city of Bath.

The client required funding for both acquisition and refurbishment of the property and thus our mandate was to secure a facility that would provide just that.

At first glance, this is a challenging mandate as many bridging lenders in the market are averse to Grade 1 listed properties, coupled with the client’s requirement to fund both acquisition and subsequent refurbishment.

Despite these hurdles, the team at I-Commercial Finance have successfully secured a refurbishment facility that will enable the client to realise their ambition of turning this asset into a desirable property with a high-quality finish.
