ENTIGY - Fund Raising for Growth

Dave Mitchell/ Director - Entigy

“We approached I-Commercial in late March 2020, and were asked for some basic information, and an outline business history and plan.  Within days we had an offer, subject to a few questions that were entirely reasonable and easily answered.

Interestingly, the interest rate was lower than expected with no early repayment charges.

I-Commercial, and then the lender were always fast to respond and move things forward.  The whole process was very professional.

They key test is whether I would use I-Commercial again and the answer is YES, I have also rated the lender 5 stars on Trust Pilot.

My thanks go out to the I-Commercial team in general and to Andrea in particular”

Entigy Software Ltd build and deploy software that supports the accounting function, especially in industries with high volumes of transactions such as the Travel and Aviation industries.

Based near High Wycombe in the South, and Crewe in the Northwest of England we have clients nationwide and in Europe.  Our clients in the Travel trade range from companies with £40m turnover up to over £500m turnover.

The company is debt free and has been since incorporation, but given the current COVID-19 situation, it decided that it is prudent to have a reserve just in case there are any pinch points, although it is expected that the funds raised will remain unused.

Andrea’s comments

“Dave was introduced to me from another client whom I have known for 15 years. Following several discussions over the past 18 months, Dave approached myself to discuss some possible lending to help with their growth plans, but also provide security in these uncertain times. The deal was straightforward and information provided timely by the company, which allowed an offer within 48 hours of being submitted. Deal completed smoothly and funds paid out to the client. The key is taking the time to understand your client and their finance needs, and I was able to do this with Dave and provide him with the solution he required to move forward”
